Request Training

You can request training or advice on a feature. Fill out the form to provide details about your request. The incident number displays after you submit the form. When submitted, you receive an email confirming the incident report and number.

To request training or advice on a feature, perform the following procedure.

1. In the left pane, select Get Assistance.

2. In Epiq Assist, select Request training or advice about a feature.

3. In Feature Focus, select the applicable options from the following:

   • Collection and Processing

   • Production

   • Reviews: Coding Forms, Assignments, Highlights

   • Searching, Keywords, Filters

   • Third Party Loads

   • Other

4. In Description, enter the details of your request.

5. If there is a location restriction for data access or staffing, select Yes in Is a location restriction in place for data access or staffing. Then, in Data access or staffing required within this region, select a region.

6. In Add Phone Number, provide your telephone number.

7. If you want to add followers to the request, in Add Followers to the Request, enter up to three email addresses separated with commas.

8. Click Submit.
