View Translate job details

When the Job Status indicator reaches 100% in the Jobs Overview page, you can view the details of Translate jobs.

Perform the following procedure to view job information.

1. In the Main Menu, select Overview and then click Jobs Overview.

2. In the Jobs Overview page, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Translate.

3. View the job details in the Translate Information - <translate job name> dialog box.
Table details

Each Translate job shows the following information.

Submitted By	The user who submitted the job.
Submitted Time	The date and time the job was submitted.
Selected Documents	The number of documents selected.
Skipped Documents	When the system cannot create, replace, or delete translated text for some of the selected documents, it shows the number of skipped documents and provides a description of why documents were skipped. Examples of the description are: "2 documents have previously been translated" "2 documents missing the required text format" "2 documents do not have previously translated text"
Update Applied	Create, Replace, or Delete
Text to Translate	If you translate documents or replace translated text, this information shows Extracted Text or OCR Text.
Translated Language	If you translate documents or replace translated text, this information shows the source language and the translation language.
Job Id	Job identification number.

4. When you finish reviewing the Translate job, click Close.
