Review a document
You can review documents from the file list or documents that were assigned to you. When the project owner assigns an assignment to a reviewer, the Reviewer can log in to see their assigned documents to review.
When a field is set to Required on a coding form, reviewers must code this field in order to save tagging decisions. Also, reviewers must code the field selected in Reviewed Field in order for the assignment and its batches to reflect review progress. You cannot code a read only field in the coding form.
In the Document List, you can filter reviewed or non-reviewed documents using the Reviewed or Unreviewed options. In the filter dropdown list, these options are suffixed with the reviewed field name. When creating a coding form, if Review Managers or higher roles allow the users to add values to a single or multiple choice field, then you can add values to these fields at the time of review.
If Review Manager or higher roles enabled propagation for a Single Choice, Multiple Choice, or Short Text field, a propagation icon appears next to the field. If you code this field, the system propagates coding value across related documents. You can choose to propagate coding values to related documents by family, email thread, near duplicates, or a combination.
If the document you are reviewing is an email and when Privilege Detector is enabled for the project, potential privilege is identified during promotion. If potential privilege is found in an email, the coding form shows Potentially Privileged under the Privilege field in the coding form to assist you in assessing privilege.
