Modify Document List
The List view displays only the document identifier column. The Grid view and the Undocked Document List display the columns that contain document identifiers and metadata values for each document. The Document Identifier column always appears as the first column in the grid. After the Document Identifier column, you can choose up to 20 additional metadata columns to display in the Document List. You determine the order in which the columns appear in the grid. In the Undocked Document List, you can set how documents are sorted, using up to three sorting levels. You can also change the grid density by compacting it or restoring it to the standard display density.
