View Transcription job details

You can view the progress of a Transcription job in Jobs Overview, or in the JOBS page in Inspect or Review. When the Job Status indicator reaches 100%, you can view the details of this job.

Perform the following procedure to view job information.

1. You can view the Transcription job details in the Jobs Overview page and the JOBS page in Inspect or Review.

   • To view in the Job Overview page, perform the following steps.

     1. In the Project page, select OVERVIEW.

     2. In the Data Overview page, click the toggle to the right.

     3. In the jobs list, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Transcription.

   • To view in Inspect or Review, perform the following steps.

     1. In the Project page, click REVIEW or ANALYZE>INSPECT.

     2. On the left navigation pane, click .

     3. In the JOBS page, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Transcription.

2. View the job details in the Transcription Information - <transcription job name> dialog box.
Table details

Each Transcription job shows the following information.

Submitted By	The user who submitted the job.
Submitted Date	The date the job was submitted.
Update Applied	Create, Replace, or Remove
Selected Documents	The number of documents selected.
Skipped Documents	When the system cannot create, replace, or remove transcription for some of the selected documents, it shows the number of skipped documents and provides a description of why documents were skipped. Examples of the description are: "15 documents are not the appropriate file type for transcription". "2 exceed file size limitations"
Job Id	Job identification number.

3. When you finish reviewing the Transcription job, click Close.
