Remove selected documents from a folder

You can remove selected documents from a folder. You can perform this action only when you are within a folder.

To remove documents from a folder, perform the following actions.

  1. In the Project page, click REVIEW.
  2. To display the contents of a folder in the Document List, perform the following steps.
    1. On the left navigation pane, click .
    2. Navigate to the folder. To show subfolders, click if available.
    3. Select the folder.
  3. In Document List, select the documents to remove from the folder.
  4. In the Document Actions pane, click Folder.
  5. In Organize Documents, select Remove from folder.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. When prompted to verify the action, click CONFIRM.
  8. To track the completion of the Folder job, on the left navigation pane, click .
