View OCR job details
You can view the progress of an OCR job in Jobs Overview, or in the JOBS page in Inspect or Review. When the Job Status indicator reaches 100%, you can view the details of this job.
Perform the following procedure to view details of an OCR job.
- You can view the OCR job details in the Jobs Overview page and the JOBS page in Inspect or Review.
To view in the Job Overview page, perform the following steps.
In the Project page, select OVERVIEW.
In the Data Overview page, click the toggle to the right.
In the jobs list, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays OCR.
To view in Inspect or Review, perform the following steps.
In the Project page, click REVIEW or ANALYZE>INSPECT.
On the left navigation pane, click .
In the JOBS page, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays OCR.
- View the job details in the dialog box.
- When you finish reviewing the OCR job, click .
Table details
Each OCR job shows the following information.
The user who submitted the job. | |
The date the job was submitted. | |
The number of documents selected. | |
When the system cannot OCR some of the selected documents, it shows the number of skipped documents and provides a description of why documents were skipped. An example of the description is "50 do not contain images". | |
The language selected during the OCR process. | |
Job identification number. |
