View Modify Metadata job details
You can view the progress of a Modify Metadata job in Jobs Overview, or in the JOBS page in Inspect or Review. When the Job Status indicator reaches 100%, you can view the details of this job.
Perform the following procedure to view details of a Modify Metadata job.

You can view the Modify Metadata job details in the Jobs Overview page and the JOBS page in Inspect or Review.
To view in the Job Overview page, perform the following steps.
In the Project page, select OVERVIEW.
In the Data Overview page, click the toggle to the right.
In the jobs list, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Modify Metadata.
To view in Inspect or Review, perform the following steps.
In the Project page, click REVIEW or ANALYZE>INSPECT.
On the left navigation pane, click .
In the JOBS page, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Modify Metadata.
- View the job details in the dialog box.
"Document numbers in use. Supply a unique document number pattern"
"Number of Digits is too low, the total number of documents requires at least 2 digits"
- When you finish reviewing the Modify Metadata job, click .
Each Modify Metadata job shows the following information.
The user who submitted the job. | |
The date the job was submitted. | |
Update Applied | Action selected in the Metadata Action field. |
/ | The number of documents selected. |
Additional Family Documents | Applicable for the Rename Document Number action. The number of family documents in addition to the selected documents if you selected the Include Full Family checkbox. |
Applicable for the Rename Document Number action. When the system cannot rename some of the selected documents, it shows the number of skipped documents and provides a description of why documents were skipped. Examples of the description are: | |
