Produce phase
At the end of the review phase, you move the reviewed information into production. When creating a production, you select the documents to include via a saved search or folder. When you complete the production, the Production job runs in the Jobs Overview page.
Additionally, when creating a production, you must select a Production Template, which contains additional specifications for the production deliverable, such as:
-
Subfolder names and the maximum files per folder
-
Fields to be included in a load file, including characters to be used, file encoding and date/time formats
-
Image population and settings, including page branding and slipsheet options
-
Native population and settings
-
Text file settings, including file encoding and the text types to include, such as:
-
Extracted Text (created via successful processing)
-
Transcribed Text (created when you use Document Actions > Transcribe on audio or video files)
-
OCR Text (created when you use Document Actions > OCR)
-
Translated Text (created when you use Document Actions > Translate in Review)
-
When the Production job successfully completes, the production is available for you to download. To do this, you use Desktop Client or DataHub. Desktop Client is an application that runs locally on your computer. Desktop Client and DataHub enable you to download the production to a local drive, where you can deliver it as needed.
