Processing Information

When the system cannot process a document or excludes elements of the file during processing, the Processing Information field displays one of the following information.

Processing Information Description
Custom File Hash calculated as calendar When you applied Custom File Hash calculation, the system calculated the Custom File Hash using the fields for a calendar document.
Custom File Hash calculated as email When you applied Custom File Hash calculation, the system calculated the Custom File Hash using the fields for an email document.
Custom File Hash calculated using fields: [field names] When you applied Custom File Hash calculation, the system calculated the Custom File Hash using the listed fields.
Custom File Hash calculation has missing fields: [field names]. When you applied Custom File Hash calculation with the Apply custom file hash only when all selected fields contain values check box unselected, some of the fields selected for the Custom File Hash calculation were not found.
Custom File Hash cannot be calculated, applied default File Hash. When you applied Custom File Hash calculation with the Apply custom file hash only when all selected fields contain values check box selected, the system did not calculate the Custom File Hash because some of the selected fields were not found. Therefore, the system calculated the default File Hash.
Extracted using alternative method Unzip was used instead of 7zip to complete document extraction.
Failed to delete attachments The system failed to delete attachments.
Failed to extract attachments The system failed to extract attachments.
Failed to find attachments The system failed to detect attachments.
File hash calculated as calendar

The system calculated the default File Hash using the fields for a calendar document under one of the following conditions:

  • Custom File Hash calculation was disabled.

  • When you applied Custom File Hash calculation with the Apply custom file hash only when all selected fields contain values check box selected, some of the selected fields were not found.

File hash calculated as email

The system calculated the default File Hash using the fields for an email document under one of the following conditions:

  • Custom File Hash calculation was disabled.

  • When you applied Custom File Hash calculation with the Apply custom file hash only when all selected fields contain values check box selected, some of the selected fields were not found.

File Hash calculation has missing fields: [field names]

The listed fields were not found for the default File Hash calculation under one of the following conditions:

  • Custom File Hash calculation was disabled.

  • When you applied Custom File Hash calculation with the Apply custom file hash only when all selected fields contain values check box selected, some of the selected fields were not found.

Insufficient Text for Language Detection The system did not detect languages in the document that contained less than 250 characters.
Invalid binary characters found The system detected invalid binary characters.
Metadata might not be complete When the system failed to extract the metadata using Tika, it used alternative libraries to get as much metadata as possible.
Microsoft Teams Data Detected For informational purposes, the system displays this message if Microsoft Teams chats were processed with Combine Chats enabled in Project Settings.
Original File Hash calculated as calendar When you applied the Custom File Hash calculation, the system calculated the default File Hash using the fields for a calendar document.
Original File Hash calculated as email When you applied the Custom File Hash calculation, the system calculated the default File Hash using the fields for an email document.
Original File Hash calculation has missing fields: [field names] When you applied Custom File Hash calculation, the listed fields were not found for the default File Hash calculation.
Out of memory An out of memory error occurred during processing.
Processed using alternative method Unzip was used instead of 7zip to complete document extraction.
Text extracted using alternative method The system used Aspose as an alternative to Tika when it failed to extract text from XLS files.
Unable to determine the Revision number The Revision number field extracted using Tika could not be parsed as an integer.
Unable to extract embedded images The system failed extract embedded images.
Unsupported file type The file type is not supported.
