About email categorization
When enabled, Epiq Discovery automatically categorizes potential junk emails, which can include unsolicited emails, subscriptions, advertisements, and newsletters. You can then exclude or include these emails via search or analysis using the Data Assessment Dashboard. Use the Domain Categories and Email Keyword Hits options in the Search Builder to filter junk emails.
When you enable email categorization , the system populates the Domain Categories and Email Keyword Hits fields while processing. With this feature, Processing produces an Email Categorization job that appears in the Jobs Overview page.
