Manage privilege domains

In Domain Analysis, you can manage privilege domains. When you mark a domain as privilege, the coding form for the email document displays Potentially Privileged. Refer to About Privilege Detection for more information.

To manage privilege domains, complete the following procedure.

1. In the Main Menu, select Analyze>Domain Analysis.

2. In Domain Management, select Privilege Domains.

3. In the Privilege Domains table, in the Mark as Privilege column, do one of the following.

   • To mark a domain as privilege, set the toggle to the right.

     • For domains automatically identified as privilege by the system, the toggle is set to the right by default.

   • To mark a domain as not privilege, set the toggle to the left.

   • To update the junk status of multiple domains at a time, follow these steps.

     1. In the table, select the domains.

     2. At the top right of the table, click Actions and do one of the following.

        • To mark the domains as privilege, select Mark as Privilege.

        • To mark the domains as not privilege, select Mark as Not Privilege.

4. The system updates the Privilege Domains table, the All Domains table, and the summary information.
